HFA Family Day - Schedule of Events

The Spring Program is designed to refresh the fundamentals of football for returning players, and teach and develop the fundamentals of football to new players to the game. Above all, it should be a fun experience where players can learn and develop  new skills, make new friends, improve their physical fitness, and enjoy the football experience! So on Saturday, June 27, the Spring Program culminates with an all day, football, fun event: HFA Family Day!

HFA has many events and fun activities for the players and entire family along with a partnership with the CFL Tiger-Cats for their Game Day experience. This year brings back "Tiger Town" with bouncy castles and activities for the young and young at heart.  

Planned activities include:

~ Roar Stand: Prepare to indulge in mouth watering goodness including our usual Roar Burger and Hotdog.  For HFA Day, our menu will include delectable perogies!! Specially prepared by our resident in-house Chef, Paul Dembe. HFA's Roar Stand is worth the drive to Rocton!

~ Tiger-Town (special appearance by Tiger Cats Cheerleaders from 11-1pm)

~ Face Painting and Caricature Artists

~ The infamous "Pie-in-your-Coach's Face"!!

~ The most anticipated Team "Tug-of-War"

Players, be prepared to convene at your coach's request after your last scheduled game to receive your HFA Spring Medal.

The game schedule is attached. There are areas where your help is needed to make this day a success. Team managers will be following up with areas of need.
